What To Expect on Your First Visit
Getting ready is simple: wear your normal clothes. Complete your intake forms online, or arrive 10 minutes early to finish them here. At your first visit, you’ll talk with one of our doctors about your health history and goals. We’ll take your vital signs and perform a thorough exam; if X-rays or an MRI are needed, we’ll refer you for imaging. In most cases, you’ll receive a chiropractic adjustment on day one to begin relief right away.
Follow-Ups and How We Care
Follow-up visits typically take just 10-15 minutes. Your plan is tailored to your comfort and function—we honor your preferences. We combine precise adjustments with stretches, exercises, ergonomics, and select therapies like decompression traction, ultrasound, or e-stim when helpful. Pregnancy-safe care is available (with gentle techniques and a belly-friendly table), and we gladly see kids, usually ages 2 and up. If you’re seeking care for an infant, we’ll help you connect with pediatric specialists while welcoming your family to reach out.

We make costs clear up front. Here’s how we help you navigate payment with no surprises:
